Help Ron beat stage 4 cancer
Help My Dad Beat Stage 4 Cancer https://gofund.me/b494e9ab
Our dad, Ron, was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer just as he was approaching retirement. This diagnosis was completely unexpected and he is currently fighting a huge battle for his life. We are Kalin and Mason, his two children, and we are organizing this fundraiser to support him. Our mom, Shirley, is doing her absolute best to get him the best possible healthcare and cares for him daily at home. With a positive and talented team of doctors and our dad's pure determination to do everything necessary for this fight, we have hope that he will be around for much longer, with your help.
He is a selfless father with a wild wit, a giant heart, and an enormous passion for music. He continues doing what he loves by playing the drums every day. Despite his diagnosis, he continues to work his day job to alleviate the financial burden of cancer treatment. We want to give him space to focus fully on his health and recovery.
Cancer costs are staggering, and even with health insurance, the out-of-pocket costs quickly add up. Your donations will cover the costs already incurred and future expected costs that weren't and won't be covered by his health insurance, such as travel to the hospitals and cancer institutes, medical supplies during and after surgery, prescribed medicine and supportive medicine during and after chemotherapy.
If you have read this far, thank you...it means so much to have your engagement. We hope you will consider helping us through this difficult time. If you're unable to give monetarily, we completely understand, but ask if you will share this with others. We wouldn't want anyone to experience this situation, so we hope that any help we get here will be returned many times over to all of you. This will be a long hard journey, so let's say F*CK cancer together.
If you know Ron, work with him, knew him from earlier in life, have a great memory with him or want to share something - please write it in the donation message box. We're sure he would love to read it.
Thank you for your time and please enjoy the pictures of our lovely goofball.
